Full Tunarian Set? DAMN!!!Follow

I see this one female lvl 60 SK on MF server always walking around in different sets of gear--one day she might be in all yellow armor, then gold, then red, et cetera...I've seen her in Fairy form, which is of course the Faykind staff, but when she was running around as a Rotting Flesh holding her epic I had to send her a tell asking 'wtf' (she told me it was the SK stone from EG). Today, however, was a surprise--she's wearing an almost-full Tunarian set, lacking only the bracers and helm. I've NEVER seen the whole set worn before, and I'm wondering is it rare to see a toon wearing so much Tunarian? I assume its expensive--I've seen the BP go for 25 mil alone.

(I once saw this same toon attack Piker, then hit him with a blackish-colored proc, then leave him standing there still as she ran off. Wtf?)
