Dice Rolls Are Random Am I Not Correct, But A guildie Thinks You Can Buff The Dice And Wouldnt Give Me The Rare I Won From The Roll. I Rolled A Few Mins After Everyone Else Did And He Says I Buffed The Dice. And Now he Wont Give Me The Rare. Is This Wrong Or Right?

Your supposed friend is what I call a defacto-ninja-looter, has no honor, and I would not group with him again.
If a member of our guild disrespected one our Elders like that, he would've gotten a big red bootprint on his ummmm... pixels, as he was flying out the door.
You're an elder and you're stuck having to prove yourself right after getting scammed by a guildie? Any guild worth it's merit would boot the scammer immediately with sufficent proof that he did it (and considering he did it to an elder, well... that's pretty solid evidence), and if you're really needed there, as an elder, at the very least in extreme cases such as RIPPING OFF A GUILDIE you should have the authority to boot his ***.

i wouldnt leave the guild but id talk to the master and tell him about it so he can boot/punish the guy.
or if elders can boot you should boot him right out the door.
doing this in my guild the guy would of been a ban from the guild instantly(very strict on rules)
there is no way of changing dice rolls all of it is myth just like how trinkent of wonders suposedly makes more rares drop. none of it is true. and if any1 did manage to do this the gms would ban the guy for cheating

and the guild master booted him after a vote becasue most the guild saw the chat
there used to be a item (loaded dice)that people though buffed dice...they dont work though

It sucks that that had to happen to you before he got the boot, but it's good that he did... unfortunately, there are still people who should just stay alone and not bother with guilds if they choose to act like asses. Bum deal on your part, though. GL in the future :)
Heh. I have had lots of people say to me "I have ToW on ;)", and my only reply is "Why?". It seems strange that everyone thinks Trinket of Wonders is a rare-farming tool, and that loaded dice makes you roll higher numbers in group. I have tried both, when this "theory" came out. LOL, waste of time. (like that dumb-*** "The Luck" quest)
the ToW craze died out...i sold a ToW when it as popular for 10 mil...damn the guy wasted 10 mil on junk.
