I know Poise gives you 50 STR/STA/AGI/DEX with 30 min duration
and 1 min re-cast but,
what I wanted to be assured about was the attack(Blade Dance).
I was told the Dmg was: 300+200%DEX; can anyone tell me if it's right?

Yes that formula is correct, so with 575 dex you will do 1450 exactly I think.
