Could somebody please tell me where the Warren quests are and also if poss how to do them. I need to complete 2.

The warren is a POI on Dantooine. Look in yout datapad (ctrl-D) under the POI tab.

Some are newer than others so things might have changed from when they were first posted. There are other guides out there as well so look for them.
