droid got cappedFollow

My droid got capped. Well, incapped, to be specific.

I put him away and tried to revive him, but he is lacking a HAM bar.

I tried pet stims (didnt work).
I tried regular stims (didnt work).
I tried healing (am 0/0/0/0medic) in camp (didnt work).
I stored him overnight (didnt work).
I havent tried kicking him yet, but I am pretty sure it wont fix him either.

I am pretty sure there is something I havent tried yet, but I dont know what it could be.

I play on Radiant galaxy, and would like to restore him to full working order. I am a mid level CH (2/2/1/3) and I use my droid as my 3rd pet. I would love to get "Skinner" working again (he has combat and harvesting abilities).

Thank you. is it specifically called "droid repair kit"? and can a non Droid engineer use it? Or is that why I need to find a DE, so that they can rebuild Skinner?

ONLY Droid Engineers can use the reconstruction kits (though if you find someone with a droid that can repair, it can repair your droid). ANYONE can use the droid stimpacks.
