Greetings Galactic Citizenry,

I come before you on behalf of all members of The CONSORTIUM. Unfortunately, the reasons for this broadcast are grim.

The City of Consortia is in peril.

We have received advance warning of an impending assault by Blood Razors on our fair city.

This broadcast is intended as a call to arms for all those willing to help us defend against this menace.

As some may be aware thanks to a recent article by a reporter known as Dax Hydana, an increase in the number of Kimogila around our borders has already stretched our own militia and defence capabilities – this impending assault could not come at a worse time.

We have not only suffered significant damage and resource loss due to these kimogila attacks, but also find ourselves facing the threat of an Imperial garrison whom we understand to be acting without the direct authority of the Empire. Our various brokered agreements with the Empire in terms of free-trade and political asylum will not serve as well in this regard.

We are stretched to breaking point and are relying on the support of any and all willing to aide Consortia at this time in the defence of its perimeter against these insurgents.
