Bleeds really bad nowFollow

I dont know if anyone else has noticed but bleeds have dropped a hell of alot since the patch. Where before I was bleeding with my pistol with a range from 150-690, not I am 60-220.

My pistol is a FWG5 with a dmg range of 75-246. Also if you stack now the dmg is even lower. I am 2/0/4/3 on pistoleer and a Master Smuggler.

I understand that they reduces damage but why so much?

Hmm.. don´t like to whine normally . But as a riflemen i REALLY liked my Mind Bleed...
( and no .i´m not in the Pvp Business ->aspect of the game i haven´t really enjoy but also haven´t tried out a lot so maybe its fun - don´t know by now )
So what´s business after they fixed up the Bleeds ? It´s that i have to use Concealed Shot to weaken mobs or Npc´s up until they reach a point where i can start to fire with other styles without risking t be torn apart --( i´m talking of soloplaying )or i get bored as hell cause Concealed Shots do only minor damage .
By my experience so far the mind bleed from my t21 is round about 20%-25% of what is has been before .. so approximatly 1/3 of my damage is lost.
(Try to beat a Nightsister with them high energy resists .Bleeds was one of the only possibilities to down them as a rifler ... so if ya decide to play a rifler don´t hope for the high end loot anymore )

OK enough whining .. just wanted to mention my POV as a Rifle/ranger who is much into soloplaying .. i really liked the ability to solo mobs without doin it so fast that it would be unfair ( TKA and Commando ,....,... do still more damage ) but it was fun .. now its more a pain in the hmm u know where it hurts
