Radavex teleportation orb :: World of Warcraft

I was wondering if anyone heard of (Ward stone of the sword and Ward stone of the star). i got this quest when i was a lvl 30 doing my path quest. Near castle Light wolf. Its suppose to activate Radavex teleportation orb. Any info will be helpful.

its a side quest from the gramish ruins or something

you put the two stones into the orb and it teleports u to the top of the tower there.

not sure what happens next but i think u kill the wizard there and he has nice drops

I thought you had to be lvl 45 to get this quest? You have to kill a captain and apprentice in Gramish Ruins. the teleport to top level and kill Radavex (caster) drops a caster robe and bracers.
