Do i have to pay to clone myself only if i want to change the place i was bound to? And does paying at a new terminal thus bind me to that location? I thought i had to pay every time i wanted to clone myself regardless.
Secondly is there any way to store stuff without having to pay stupid amounts to insure it in case i do need to get cloned?

if u are bound to a certain location you have to pay every time to clone at the location u want to other why's u will clone at the closest city
and the only other way to insure youre items withought paying is puting them in a saftey deposite
