Update questionFollow

This question aims to the developers at first, but anyone is free to answer.. :)
I play SWG at home on a 56k modem, which works fine.. Until an update is released.. When it does I have to take my comp home to friends with faster connection to update. And since I have pretty fast connection at school (and a laptop) I wonder if I somehow can download the update outside of the launcher (at school) and take the update home on the lap and install it at home.. It would be a lot more better for all the people with my problem.. :)
