Regeneration VS. BEEFYFollow

Here is the question; is it possible to set your atributes in such a manor as to regenerate points from the HAM pools faster then you use them. For instance could I set my mind's total pool lower but have it regerate faster so that although I could only survey three times before the pool was empty of points, by the 3rd time I would have regenerated enough to survey again continuously.

I hope that wasn't too confusing.

I guess the meat of the matter is what is more imporant to have more points or be able to reacquire them more quickly

Is there perhaps a chart posted somewhere that can show a conversion of the total HAM numbers to there effects.
