Although Im not a CH myself I imagine just go to someplace like Fort Tusken, or higher level missions on dath or endor would be a good way. I dont see any way to actually grind CH out other than just go hunting non stop.

Well DUH not to be rude but what else can you do there are only three ways to get CH exp here they are

1. tame a baby creature
2.train the creature
3.have your pet attack something and hit it atleast one time and then the thing it attacks dies

Not to toot my own horn, but i got master ch pretty quick, and while some of the following info may not be pertinent to u, it holds true for anyone wanting to lvl CH faster.

I am going to go from novice on up. This does not take into account the recent changes to CH and the creature level things, but that is irrelevant. There are 2 ways to get xp (basically): tame/train and combat. I recommend taming and fully training EVERYTHING. Even the little chubas and gnorts. The xp for your efforts is good. Second, Get whatever skills u need to be able to call a baby GSP (greater sludge panther). Take the GSP baby and find an Ikopi lair. Other animals will do, but Ikopi are easy and they don't have poison or anything else that can wreck the baby GSP; and they drop herb meat, which sells pretty well. Send the GSP in to fight, and once he gets one hit in, kill the ikopi. Rinse and repeat. The reason to use a baby GSP is... they have decent kinetic resists and are pretty tough little buggers. Also, the xp you get from the GSP being low level is the key. Continue to take down these lairs and herds until you can get to creature management 3 (so u can now use 2 baby GSP for twice the xp). Rinse and repeat. Trade or sell the GSP's when they get over 3 days old. Most people who have baby GSP's are happy to trade them for healthy older GSP's. When I was working this strategy, I was getting over 300 ch xp per Ikopi (using 2 GSP's), and some lairs spawn more than 20 of them. I pulled in over 160k CH xp in one day.

The problem with going for tougher lairs, beasts, and NPC's, is that a)if your pet gets incapped and u don't revive him before the beast dies, you get no ch xp, and b) Even a 10k HAM pet will take some decent damage from a Tusken or Rancor before you can take it down, so in 3 or 4 fights, ur pet needs some MAJOR healing, whereas, a baby GSP can be healing in 2 or 3 squirts from the ole pet stim.

Hope this helps...

Exactly what I do I used to have a GSP(I still do)that I could use, then that new patch screwd us CH over exept for masters it really helped them.I am one skill away from having my GSP back and i cant wait but now I'm stuck with using the GSP's cousin Razor Cat which isnt half bad.I just want my GSP back I mean mine has 8.3k HAM and fair resistance(32 percent arou the board)does 276-328 damage a hit has 1.0 atk speed and I forget it's to hit but it IS higher than half

hi,
I was master and then dumped it. the pets were taking my xp. LOL.
Training is the fastest way. you get about 100 xp for training baby noob mods outside major citys. go out there with armor and no weapons. if you go for yellow mobs (on the radar screen ) you do not need the armor. they will not attack you. for the adults ( no baby title ) use a low level pet. rock bettles are nice . let it hit the mob once ( that is all the xp they/you will get ) then shoot with your weapon for xp for you. low level pet when you are there or older low level pet if you macro AFK.
just use low level pets so no one dies. it does not seem to matter your level , it is your pet vs. the mob you are attacking.

crate a macro. not commands but what you want to do....
/target inward
/tellpet (attack command)
/pause 2 sec ( what you need for pet to hit mob )
/attack ( pick your form of attack. something damaging (make sure this is after your pet hit the mob )
/tellpet (follow command)
have the macro ui... the button to lauch macro .

may need to change this if you plan on harvesting. in that case you will need to shoot first ( to draw the mob ) then tell pet to attack.
Macro only noob creatures that do not shoot of course.

hope this helps
