How do you do it? I have the skills, but when I talk to the recruiter I get "I have no business with you" or something like that. At first I thought it was my negative rebel rating, so I got it +4, still no good, then I tried 200 still no good.
How do you initiate the option to buy faction points?

You can only buy facion points from players, mainly high ranking Rebels or Imps are the ones usally trying to sell it, but to do it the person must be declared and type /delegatefactionpoints <amount> Usally faction isant cheap so good luck. Also if you are every trying to sell faction its good to know (if you are colonel) that you will lose the amount you give (ex: I sell you 2000FP I will lose 2000FP of my own faction, meaning i must have 4000FP to start with... Hope this helps...
