Well here is the basic one I use, although mine is much longer. I will just post enough so you can get the feel for it.

/ui action cycleTargetOutward;
/pause 2;
/healthshot1;
/pause 2;
/overchargeshot1;
/pause 3;
/loot;
/pause 1;
/macro (nameofthemacro);

something like that will net you some exp and money while you are at work.

you may want to add a sit and pause command before you loop the macro keeps you from killing yourself

Here's mine, I've shared it with other people, and it works great. Just set yourself outside of a staring city in a spot where a lot of small mobs spawn, put the macro into the F1 slot of one of your toolbars, then go watch a movie, grab some food, go to bed, whatever you want to. When you come back, depending on how long you were away, you will either be in need of some training, or you'll be a good way through your next skill level (depending on what part of ranged combat you're working on, how long you left it running, and how many, and of what kind of mobs you were attacking)

Just make sure that you test the macro out while watching it, so that you don't come back to either the inside of a cloning center, or your character load screen.

/ui action cycleTargetOutward;
/pause 1;
/say run for your life %TT;
/pause 1;
/attack;
/pause 90;
/harvest meat;
/pause 2;
/target self;
/pause 1;
/ui action toolbarSlot00;

*Edit*
**Note: adjust the /pause 90; line to however long you feel comfortable with, but it's a good idea to try it a few times to make sure that you have regened the health/action that you loose during each fight.

Edit: I put my afk combat macros on the link in my sig

The basic macro above is good but you will want to expand on it and adjust it by watching how it works for you over the period of 4-5 cycles. Adjust the time between shots, a rest or heal period, and the loot line.

Instead of just the loot line add:
/loot all;
/harvest hide;
/harvest bone;
/harvest meat;

Like the above poster suggested add some rest time or a heal macro also:

Example for resting:
at the bottom of the macro put this
/sit
/pause 5
/sit
/pause 5
/sit
/pause 5
/pause 15
/stand
/pause 3

This will allow you to try 3 attempts at sitting and rest for 30 seconds after each fight (3 attempts so you kill the mob and are at peace when you try to sit (note the pause after stand is needed to account for server lag

OR

heal macro
/healdamage self

What I tend to do is put my heal in a separate macro and time it to go off in 30 60 or 90 seconds

/healdamage self
/pause 60
/ui action toolbarSlot01

I put that in the f2 slot

Also don't forget to use ctrl-shift-s after you start your afk combat macro
