Reactivating AccountFollow

I loaded SWG. I typed in my station name and pw. It asks me to subscribe. I press on that button, but the only option is to start a new account. I can't reuse my cd key as I used it for my original subscription. I tried to use the station customer service e-mail, but I get an invalid url when I hit send. This is getting very frustating for me. Can anyone help?
