A few EQOA questions, tia =PFollow

#1 Jan 10 2004 at 11:25 PM Rating: Decent
I used to play EQPC, haven't played in about a year now. After stopping I got back into my PS2 and have been eyeballing EQOA for a bit now and think I am ready to give it a shot.

What are the differences between Everquest Online Adventures and Everquest Online Adventures: Frontiers? Is Frontiers an expansion? Do I need both? Fleh.

I used to play an SK in EQPC and enjoyed the versatility in groups/raiding situations along with my abilities to solo when I wanted. Are these qualities inherited to the EQOA SK?

Anyone have problems running EQOA with a PS2 connected through a router? How about those el'cheapo USB type PS2 Online connecters?

Thanks for replies in advance,

Thanks for the reply.

Actually, for #3 I was referring to the USB ethernet adapters, ie the linksys cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3070898098&category=41059, that are being used as a cheap alternative to the official Sony eth. adapters.

Anyone out there that plays eqoa on one of those?
