Has anyone else been paying attention to the recent test center update? AT-AT's are up and running. Well, mostly rebels are running, but AT-AT's are definitely up. These things are huge. Looks like the "Imperial Crackdown" that the devs are being hush-hush about is coming right along.

ActIII of the Cries of Alderaan story is up on test center also.

Here's a link taken from the official boards of an AT-AT in action. If you think the resists are formidable, take a look at the HAM.

And for clarification, the AT-AT is not a pet. phew.

Just for clarification it stands for All Terrain Attack Transport for all you Star Trek dorks who probably wish they would make an online star trek game.
Somehow i have a sinking feeling(hehe)that if i took an AT-AT underwater i would drown =(

I...I...I..
I think I'm in love...

And I bet the Faction cost is gonna be astronomical..
And I bet that alot of people are going to ***** about this unbalancing the game.
Actually, this IS balancing it....the Empire is supposed to be stronger, the rebels are supposed to win through luck, Jedi, and guerralia(sp?) warfare.

Anybody else see Snowspeeders and such coming soon? :P

No, there is no faction cost, because it's not a pet. It is not a faction perk. They spawn. That's not to say that things can't change before they go live, but I *seriously* doubt anything this powerful will become available as pets.

I think this is awesome and cant wait to see them in game, however, I would still like to be able to sit in the cockpit of it and use it like a "monster truck" vehicle. Same with AT-ST.

wow I had not heard about these coming in...I mean i knew it was gonna happen but wow. So do the rebs get anything or r they just outta luck. R these things gonna b in the game or just on pvp battlefields. And I also have heard they the devs r gonna boost imp status or whatever...as if they need it, damn imps destroy in pvp on my server (radiant), they do not need something to make them even stronger, unless the rebs get some vehicles or ships or something...I mean imps already have atst's, what do rebs get...stupid reb troopers who suck. I mean i undrstand the empire is suppossed to b stonger but I mean come on. I heard they r making a bunch more cities imp with atst's and stomies patrolling as well as getting rid of a bunch of reb recruiters. Also I thought the battlefields r currently down or something, so is this happening when they fix those or what. Still it will b cool as hell to see an empirial walker strutting around, even if it is blowing the crap outta me...lol
