my account was suspended due to insufficiant funds in bank...i am trying to get back on now and enter my credit card...but there is no option anywhere to enter card...can anyone tell me steps to go through. when i use my login it takes me right to new subscriber and then wants cd key. but cd key is already entered in my name.
gimme a hand please

It is not easy to find but on the offical site you can to go a Support area that has a FAQ with a link to your account info. You can update it there. I am not sure the steps I took but I did find it. Do a site search on the word account. I think that is how I found it.
