Hi I just bought the game but im not old enouph to have a credit card its written everywhere that you can get a prepayed card but where can i get that??? help me please!

Try your local GameStop (Babbages or Software,etc) store. Or you can check their stock online.
Other than that, you might be able to get an adult to buy you one online at Sony's site...
