runnyeye or mossmouth should do the trick, mossmouth goblins give xp And factions so ya can solo there EZ.

Run straight north from bastable village along the river you will find a camp on the left with another above the hill, one on the east side of the river, or follow the river right into the cave. I like to get xp's while raising faction and you should be able to find lt blues for quick kills, xp's, and faction. If you do want the xp's and you don't get them outside the cave go in, there's higher levels in there including a 35 quest dude. GL
