Although we have a news article and we had the original patch notes, I have finished adding in the new changes so you can see there here. I haven't finished formatting and adding in the links but here ya go folks:

New stamina enchant for sword = Win. Thank you blizzard, palatanks have been running around with TBC potency since 3.0.2 hit.

Time to stack up on shards too, as new enchanting costs will make prices of those spike.

Least my dratted polar bear mount will be the right size finally. I'm tired of feeling like I'm riding a pocket rocket, no matter how cute it is...

Still not sure what this one is for, but I've had talks with people about creating some pretty zany videos. :)

I didn't notice the reputation change (no more diminished returns for greys) in there, but as far as I know it's still live on the PTR. Is this a bug, or will it be going through in Live? I'm certainly hoping it comes through!!

I think everyone who wants to do achievements is breathlessly awaiting official word one way or the other on this.

Kinda odd, Blizz does not appear to be answering ANYTHING on the subject on the PTR o-boards one way or the other.

Players may now create death knights on any realm once they reach level 55.

This is the change-up, right? If so, cool. Now I can (well when we get the update) make a DK on a realm with my friend's DK (I only have a lv17 on the realm, but a few 55+s on others).

Quote:
Racial restrictions on mounts have now been lifted. Night Elves on mechanostriders? Tauren on raptors? You're not seeing things.

lol. Nice. Only skimmed the list so far, but some in my Guild have said they are also removing the Rep needed to get other race mounts. Didn't see it, so is this true, or did they just miss-read? not a big deal for me, as my Troll has the Ambassador title ^-^

The Orb is now instantly clickable.

Im not sure if this is a "good" change, as it will feed those who give up easily once the Orb Chamber's doors drop. Ive played a number of WG games, and I have to say, the most exciting ones are when it's down to the wire as the Orb Chamber is open with 1-2 minutes to go. Fending off the Orb of old (cast time) was challenging enough.

Just sayin', this may cause alot of the pessimistic teammates to give up earlier.

Players will receive additional Marks of Honor at Corporal or higher rank. & Players will receive increased honor with increased rank.

This is AWESOME as it will encourage and promote activity, not to mention minimize AFK'ers. IMO they should install something similar for all the other BG's (Some form of bonus marks per participation lvl).

Quote:
Glyph of Death Decay has been changed to grant 20% additional damage instead of its current effect.

The D&D Glyph was OP'd from the start, good call on that change. (Note: My main is a DK)

Quote:
Corpse Explosion has had damage increased substantially, added 5 sec. cooldown, and changed cost to 40 runic power.

I wonder if this will apply to the ghoulform version as well (The damage boost)?

Quote:
Death Pact - now grants 40% instead of 20% healing.

Nice! Although this may make Blood's even harder to kill in one on one situations.

Quote:
Icebound Fortitude - now reduces damage by 20% instead of 50%. The amount of damage reduced increases with bonus Defense

At first was sad to see this (could actually take on Ret Pallys head on) but honestly it was too much Mit.

Quote:
Horn of Winter - now has no cost and grants 10 runic power in addition to its stat buff, but has a 30 sec cooldown.

Another bonus: Idiot DKs wont be spamming this in "Insert prep time in random BG here"

Quote:
Raise Ally now raises a fallen party member as a ghoul and has no reagent. Available at level 72. This should now last for 4 minutes.

Been waiting for this one, anybody know if this is usable in arena?

Polearms for druids-yes!
Feral Faerie Fire tagging mobs-yes!
Undead horses and raptors for my druid-yes!
One hit mining-yes!
Finally able to get the 'Chef' title for my druid-yes!
(too bad I'm just not into playing my druid much anymore /sad)

I actually really hope they are NOT removing the restriction regarding reputation and buying the mounts. I still think you should actually WANT to get the rep for a reason other than vendor discounts and a title if you get all 5. Otherwise the rep for the cities will be pointless. I mean, I won't pitch a fit if they do, but it just doesn't seem right. As it is, nearly every single character I have over level 50 is riding a mount other than their own factions(with the exception of my DK's, but I am going to work on that!)!

And I made sure our mages and hubby's priest had the minor glyphs for Slow Fall and Levitate so they won't be needing feathers by the ton when everyone and their dog wants to Slow Fall off of everything! I love the change, though!

I think Draenei would like to have a word with you.

Do you understand the sheer amount of work that is required to get someone else other than Exodar to Exalted by level Thirty?

I'm not going to say it is impossible, but I am going to say it is very difficult to raise anything else to Exalted by Lv30.

Do you know how many Draenei hate riding Elephants? I know I disliked it. But yet I was forced to because I didn't get exalted with anything else until mid-40s and I ended up buying a horse at Lv60 for both my hunter and my shaman.

I know EXACTLY how hard it is, my Gnome rogue was riding a cat mount at level 30. I have 3 Blood Elves who were all riding horses or wolves by level 40(before level 30 mounts). It really isn't that difficult and Alliance have it MUCH easier since ALL of the Draenei quests in their zones give loads of Darnassus, IF and SW rep. My now level 42 Gnome rogue is an Ambassador, my 3 Blood Elves are Ambassadors and I have a human mage who is an Ambassador. It is only those characters who were around long before BC that may have rep problems, because back then gray quests gave much less rep-I did way too many of them back then and am suffering on my older characters because of it.

But Draenei having problems with rep, no I don't think so, sorry.

That's at level 40. I was exalted at 30. It's not hard.

Well, does it say that it will use the spices or not? If it will, it won't be any more affordable than the Snapper Extreme.

Anyone thinks it's a little odd that you cook Tartare?? :/

Or maybe you aren't really cooking it, per se, you are just preparing it. Shouldn't require a cooking fire, heh. ;)

Some of the graveyards, YES.

Try dying anywhere in Southern Barrens. By the time you finally get back to your corpse, everything has respawned. Ever died while doing Revenge of Gann or any of the other Horde Quests in the excavation area in southern Barrens?

Pure Hell if you died.

There are some other pretty bad graveyard runs too, some of which escape me at the moment. But I remember the horrible GY runs dying in Southern Barrens.

Bonus Armor: The mechanics for items with bonus armor on them has changed (any cloth, leather, mail, or plate items with extra armor, or any other items with any armor). Bonus armor beyond the base armor of an item will no longer be multiplied by any talents or by the bonuses of Bear Form, Dire Bear Form, or Frost Presence.

Anyone know the mechanics for calculating what the base armor of an item is going to be after the bonus armor is "remove" ? Or are we just going to have to wait for the patch ? BG armor for example...
