I was in Hellfire yesterday night, about to log when I see a lvl 59 warrior (and I'm a 60 Shadow Priest). I'm telling myself, this guy will die.

I decided to be fair (kinda, I still want him to die), I waited for his fight to finish (he almost got killed there), then he turned around, see me (I saw him target me). I'm telling myself, I let him eat regenerate and fight him then (I don't want to kill him too easily =)). He decide to mount and make a run for his outpost... I put Vampiric Touch and SW:P on him (both of them will make around 3k dmg in the end and he had 2500hp left). I managed to land a Mind Blast before he got out of my aggro.. but he ran in a group of 3 mob wandering around. He got killed by those three.

I was feeling bad, I was ready to wait for him to eat, I waited 'till he finished his fight... and he got killed by the mobs, so his armor took a beating. I know I shouldn't be worried too much, but... again, I wanted a fair fight.

Any other with this kind of situation? I'm curious to read them =)

Yep.

I usually laugh when that happens, or curse if it happens to me.

You really just need to stop posting. No one thinks you are funny because, in fact, you aren't.

I only feel bad when I Drainsoul them into a shard, then carry the soulshard around in my bag to occasionally "/mock" it every once in a while, only to finally use it to shadowburn a cow/rat...that makes me sob

Yep, I'll also wait until the fight is fair until I attack (except for those on my KOS list). I'll also generally avoid killing pets out of courtesy, except sometimes SL warlocks' pets, or any imp.

Have been in your situation many times, and even at times as the "victim". Have even had Alliance emote me /sorry or somesuch if they've inadvertantly done a similar thing via attacking me. (All my chars are on pvp servers btw).

Lately my qualms have been in ganking/camping low level players on my rogue while they're making purchases in Halaa. I needed tokens, but felt it was kind of cheap, so would /sorry them next time I saw them. Would also /sorry some stragglers if I was in a 10-man group that camped them for marks.

Another situation, recently was on my hunter doing quests and left a nearby warrior alone. He later attacked me (while on a mob). Ended up killing me three times, as I attacked him twice afterwards and suck as a hunter. Later I was grinding vultures and vulnerable hp-wise, he rode by dismounted, and /comfort -ed me while helping me kill a couple that had aggroed. Maybe he felt I was too easy to kill again, or it was "enough" that he'd initiated the attack that led to embarrasing chain-ownage. But it does show that some players do have "chivalrous" thoughts similar to ours.

Im on a PvE server and i was in Barrens Fishing. Then this Blood Elf Pally comes up and spits on me and all. Starts taunting me. I /duel and he accepts. I sick my pet on him. The moron then started running away . . . into the centaur and the 2 hyenas with him.

I started laughing my head off because i bet BE spit isnt as bad as them Centaur and Hyena spit! >:P

One of my friends this year thought it was real. No matter what i said or did he SERIOUSLY thought it was real.

Then again this is the same guy that during the last two years thought that a Fullmetal Alchemist universe TRULY EXISTED! I finally proved him wrong after i printed out ~30 pages of how its not real.

-_- i find the wierdest people

Borat was a fictional chracter, but the responses he got from the people he talked to were real(I think).

I don't understand what you worry about, it is just a game! Or do you also worry when Super Mario dies on you?

usually I go ahead and jump in before they are done, with mobs, they try to run a little, get more aggro, i keep plugging away, then at like 5-7% i stun them and let the mobs finish him off. pvp baby!
