Actually what happened was when i clicked an area a dot appeared over the outland name on the bottom and I just did it in the right order and it danced.

Lol Nice find. I also think you have to wait until the "OUTLAND" thingy at the bottom glows all green.

When you click an area, a dot appears over the outland word and click them in order and Wala! The word will start lighting up and then the Elve will dance.

Wow that was hilarious, never knew that Blood Elfs would dance like that.
