Just did a WG and OMFG, the seige engines were going even faster then the cats - I could not keep up with one on foot. Don't recall seeing that mentioned in the patch notes?
Edit - this is apparently all vehicles - Strand tanks just got so fast that we had a 90s win.

They are now susceptible to snares of course so against smart players they go slower than before.

It feels like the mounts move faster too - I swear I'm getting from point A to B a lot sooner now.
