The weekend went much as expected. I never even logged onto either WoW or Star Wars. Had a good birthday dinner Sunday with my family and raked in almost $300 in Apple Store gift cards to go towads the iPad Mini I'm buying when I get my Christmas bonus.

How did the weekend go for you guys?

Spent the weekend with friends; had a really good time. Went out to a piano bar on Saturday night, then got late-night sandwiches, then found a hole-in-the-wall cookie shop after midnight. Food + booze meant that I slept like a rock that night Smiley: grin

WoW: Only had a chance to play on Sunday night for a bit. I started the 5.1 content and did a round of their dailies; never got flagged (although I heard people saying they were being flagged from it?), so it didn't really feel like PvP. Still, the dailies were quick and pretty painless. Also, the Horde NPCs give Black Prince rep... 2 birds with one stone! I also killed C'thun just to prove I could, and ran two scenarios. Still no luck getting a 476 item from the greater caches... and I've only gotten one blue out of the last 6 or 7 that I've opened. Harumph. They do drop 30 JP as well now though; is that new? I'll use it to update some of my blue 463 items.

WOW: Headache laid me out most of Saturday. Sunday, Pink's older sister came to Beijing. Somehow, I still managed to get enough dailies done to get my Hunter to revered with Klaaxi and Pandamonium blitzed through 10 levels to make it well into 72. Most of the blitz was the result of queue times less than one minute combined with mindless AoE spamming. "Oh, look, the tank just pulled everything in sight again!" <Rhode starts singing You Spin me Round>

RL: Pink was happy. Having me meet her older sister was something of a big deal (in a culture where that kind of thing is like dancing a troika in a minefield) and apparently I did OK.

Here's hoping that the RNG is treating everyone well, or at least messing with your enemies more!

I painted, caulked, painted more, moved furniture, took breaks and mostly stared at the monitor. Is it bad that I'd rather go to a mall than pick up another paint roller?

WoW- Got bored of my warrior so I am leveling a mage I haven't touched since August or so. At 83 with her now, debating if I want to keep leveling her or go back and farm some frostweave. -shudder-

Bar from 88 and both of my professions are approx 550. So good weekend overall.

RL - Not much planned this weekend. Other than the usual "clean house" it seems like it is going to be a relatively relaxed weekend. Might pick up some Skyrim again.

Oh Skyrim you remind me how much it sucks to be a mage without cheesing the crafting system. If you are a glass cannon you should be able to hit harder than a wet noodle. Honestly if they made spells scale instead of being static then I think that would have fixed a lot of problems. Alas I don't see me leveling one all the way up and will stick to my warrior of the gods.

I worked all weekend, but...

My Blacksmith wound up getting Golden Lotus to Revered (which means my Double Rep Buff!). With the Buff... I got one of my alts halfway through Friendly on the first day, another one of my alts is now Honored with them.

My Blacksmith is already working on Shado-Pan and Celestials; Shado-Pan hit Honored today so surely it won't be long until I have its Commendation unlocked too!

Oh ,and.....Darkmoon Faire. Blaaah I can't wait until my guild is 25 (23 and a third now!). Then I don't have to do DMF every stinking month I can pick-and-choose who I want to do the Faire with for easy 5 profession levels.

Terrace cleared.

Started doing dailies again, made 1k gold on them and the rep increases over revered are nice.

Took my shaman into MV and got spanked.
