I know wintergrasp is out of date but after being away from the game I have queued for it a couple of times. It seems like it is completely screwed up? I mean right now it shows us defending yet alliance AND horde are in the fort (npcs). I ranked up and made a siege but somehow lost my rank after destroying 2 towers. Now it shows half the fort for alliance and half for horde. Horde are on defense but alliance cannons are spawned. The towers are alliacne yet they had horde cannons.
What is the deal here?

Bugged since patch, far as i know.
I've heard Tol Barad has been having some issues as well, but I haven't been looking.
One possible cause I've heard is due to the Cross Realm Zone business. I can't confirm, but if you see folks other than those of your own server in Wintergrasp... well, there ya go.
