Happy Monday to everyone. I hope you all had a restful and productive weekend. My weekend went much as planned on the gaming front in that I got a total of 2 hours of gaming in. The weather refused to cooperate, so the little man didn't get to go to the Children's Museum or the park. I'm pretty sure he had a good weekend, anyway.

How about you guys?

Missed Friday's thread so I will sum up what I did here. Smiley: tongue

WoW
-Didn't touch it honestly. There was a new patch for Firefall that happened last week and was busy all weekend dinking around on that. They revamped how skills are learned and allowed you to unlock stronger armor at the end of tree's. It is a heck of a lot smoother than it used to be. Not to mention they opened up a greater area to test in. Needless to say I spent a lot of time on that game this weekend.

RL
-My female chihuahua has been getting real sick lately. She has an enlarged heart and while I have her on several different medications to help relieve it of stress it is only getting worse. Had an ECG of her heart done Friday and waiting for the cardiologist to get back to me today if there is anything else that can be feasibly done. If not it will break down into a quality of life issue. Which is a debby downer in my book. Smiley: frown

Had a quiet weekend, didn't do much except cutting grass, and moving some furniture around to get ready for the Painting Event coming next week.
In game, worked on my warrior and hunter, finished off the Faire events and fished up the Sea Turtle. Smiley: nod Finally...

Ah, ZAM has decided to load properly again! I'm not sure if the Great Firewall is the problem or if the site keeps having to adjust filters to accommodate my location. Smiley: lol

WOW: Got the rogue to 35 as planned. Spent most of my time on the DK and ironed out as much of his gear as is possible at this stage. Now, I'm down to grinding LFR and DS. Lag continues to be a problem, the guys in Guangdong seem to be taking a break and the new guild are a good crew. I'm going to go ahead and start transferring characters in order to be ready for MoP.

RL: Had a nice visit with Bun-Bun. The cooking academy has her exhausted, but she's excited about learning. Sigh, I'm appalled though, their teaching format sounds like a collection of some of the worst habits of Chinese schools. They try to dress things up with the usual batch of tired excuses and I had to give Bun a pep talk because that type of idiot is quick to hide behind the "you're not a good student" routine. I hate amateurs!

WoW:

I did way more than I thought I would. I know that this technically isn't the "weekend" (for me, I have Mon Afternoon-Evening off and Tuesday off so I count them a part of my "weekend").

But anyways...

That Druid we started just last week is now Level 50 and a half, Fishing and Cooking are ~300, Skinning is 340, LW is 249 (bah, ONE level away from Rugged Leather recipes) and we even managed to get Archaeology up to ~120ish with a couple months' worth of fossil fragments for the Faire.

Been trying to make 1 piece of each of the Tough Scorpid Armor (she plans on making a Shaman when MoP goes Live), I've made 4 out of the 6 so far (don't need Shoulders/Body because of heirlooms), so that's been going good too.

RL: Spent most of it playing WoW 'cept for a few breaks I took to do some steam gaming, and online chatting/messageboards/etc. and a few naps thrown in to recover any lost sleep.
