Blizzard Store: Unable to process your orderFollow

Is anyone else getting this?
I have been trying since this afternoon to buy a couple of those Plushies (the wyvern and the gryphon) but to my luck I'm getting the "Unable to process your order" thing all over the place.

I use the same credit card to pay my WoW time (Which ran out this month, in which im not able to post on their damn customer service forum because of it... so thats why I come to you guys for help) I already sent an email to their billing support since I'm not really in the US so I cant call em by phone still waiting since they are closed at the moment I think. (Its 9:23pm over here)

I'm at Panama at the moment, I have bought the panda and the lil lich pets before, but I have gotten that error before trying to buy an authenticator though which I assume was lack of funds.

Currently I got the right amount, a shipping address right in the US as I have used that address and card for years on different websites in UK, US, even japan for crying out loud and since I have payed for stuff on their website before I dont think its because they dont accept my visa Credit card (its from panama but its supposed to work internationally as I said before)

So im running out of ideas, I have already tried different browsers and cleared my history and cache and cookies and all that crap.

Help? :(

I bought one of each plushie the other day for my girlfriend and I and the transaction went through just fine. Perhaps it's the international credit card? When my girlfriend first made her own WoW account over here (Australia), she tried using her Danish credit card, which works internationally - but it didn't seem to be accepted by Blizzard for some reason. Maybe because it was a card that originated in Denmark and she was noting an Australian address for US WoW servers use. It could be that Blizzard is restrictive in what card origins they accept for certain locations in general.

Hopefully it's just their online shop playing up for now though and will work for you soon.

Hi, I'm just popping into say that I'm glad that a non-zombie post is around.

I thought they had taken over and is good to see another living soul in these parts.

Also try updating all of your info on the main Blizz site, might help.

Also, check with your bank. When I tried to faction-change multiple characters one day, my card declined after the first transfer (I live in Bermuda). Since it's the same card I use for the game subscription, I called the bank. They told me that the watchdog software that they use flagged it, since it's multiple transactions to a gaming website, which is apparently considered a high-risk transaction these days with all the MMO scamming going on. The watchdog automatically put a stop on the transactions, and I had to tell the agent to lift the block for an hour so I could continue to do the transfer.

I'm in Canada and get the same error quite frequently when trying to use my credit card. I haven't attempted to buy the plushies, but a couple months ago I wanted to purchase the digital download version of the game to set up a second account, and I got the same "Unable to process your order" error message. I ended up calling Customer Service and they processed the transaction over the phone, but sadly it sounds like you aren't able to call them.

It's weird, because I used to use the same card to pay my monthly fees (switched to Paypal) and I never had a problem with that.

I had an expired credit card linked to my Battlenet account and it wouldn't let me buy from the store until I deleted that card and added the newest one in My Payment Options. Not suprisingly, my subscription fees for two accounts had no problems processing against the expired card. Smiley: lol

Yeah I have updated both my shipping address and Credit Card information like 3 times now since yesterday.
I have used this same card like I said on the site to buy pets (panda and lil KT) and my monthly fees I have not tried again on anything but the pets though since I got the exact amount for what I want.

Glad to hear interest from the community thanks for the helps and tips.
Also yay for not being taken as a zombie-poster :)

I hope this gets fixed soon :/
Any other news, keep em coming, I'll be at it aswell if I find out anything else.

Also I had a friend of mine from Mexico try to make an order for the plushies He couldnt do it either, I'm gonna ask a friend that lives in the US and see if he has any luck.

P.S: Oh yeah, as a last resort I might call the bank see if they know anything, but I doubt it really they are pretty dumb on these parts of the world lol. And yeah I cant call blizz from where I am :/

The cause of the error is unknown. Just to let u guys know. Using the SAME credit card.....
1) My 1st attempt to order went through successfully
2) I then canceled the oder coz I wanted to change the quatity.
3) I tried to order again using that credit card and encountered the above mentioned error.

After this, I tried using ANOTHER card
1) Encountered the error a few times. I keep trying
2) Finally got through after don't know how many tires.

Well, I got an automated reply of my email to blizz-support after 3 days.
They didnt even seemed to read it, its just the same thing they said on forums and websites.

Cache crap, explorer, cookies, try another card, yara yara yara.

I called my bank, they say Blizz is not even trying to bill me with the stuff im trying to buy its just plain failing.

And I have not been able to do it through a friend because of different reasons so bummer.
No luck for me so far with it either, been spamming the heck out of it the last few days and it keeps on failing.
