It's about the nifty murloc pet given to those at (or watched) Blizzcon.

And fail together, we shall!

Oh.

The only reason I'd want a murloc pet was if it was immortal so I could keep killing it.

Grunty Screenshot

Aiming for you! Screenshot

Close up Screenshot

He has 4 animations. Looking around with weapon locked, he twirls his weapon like a baton, he shoots his gun and almost falls on his back and every once in a while he shoots a rocket into the sky.

Well that's not very nice... I mean you can summon and remove as you please... I'd prefer one of those baby murlocs from that one quest in northern Borean Tundra... preferably a blue one. But then again, I don't know what this pet looks like exactly.

Smiley: lol Looks like a murloc in a Halo suit. And it's blue!

OBVIOUSLY it's a murloc in a Terran Marine suit.

Sheesh Noc, play more Starcraft.

No, you're already decades behind at this point. You might as well just wait for SC2 at this point.

So if I got a pirated stream of Blizzcon does that mean I get a Murloc pet dressed as a pirate?

No, it means Blizzard gets to kick you in the nuts with a (bad and unrealistic) pirate costume on.

Weak. The least they could do would be sending a saucy wench in a good costume to do their dirty work.

I dunno, ask Noc, she might be willing to take responsibility for the job.

Not your fault, Samperor... we just tend to go off track whenever we're replying to one another.

How much did the stream cost, if you don't mind me asking? That's the main reason why I didn't bother keeping up with Blizzcon or getting the internet stream because I'm a poor **** at the moment.

just as an fyi to those that own grunty:

if you know someone with a zergling pet, and you take grunty out while the zergling is out, the zergling will kill grunty.

likewise, if grunty is out when they bring out the zergling pet, grunty will kill the zergling.

just a bit of blizzard flavor at work.

#24 Sep 24 2009 at 11:44 AM Rating: Good
Well crap... I don't know much about the exchange rate. Isn't it 1 euro (I know... I'm American, what can you say) to every $2.00 or something? So if that's right, then $60. Y e a h... I'm poor Smiley: lol

Though I'd be happy if I'm completely off on the exchange rate

To expand on this a little:
When the zergling dies, it just kinda flattens out in (with some blood splattering as it gets gunned down).
Grunty... explodes in a shower of green goo (yelling as he dies).

The fun trick is to run around Dal looking for someone with either pet. Move away, then get the other one out. Run up to your opponent, and watch yours get the drop on his. Non-combat pet ganking ftw.
