ok im able to login know but when i get to log in its says software update of wow was succesful then it says click restart so wow can restart. Then its download some patch thuing but it download one of those a long time ago

If you reloaded WoW you will have to go through the entire update process from the beginning. This is both normal and will also take a VERY long time.. Just keep going, you'll get there.
