Ok so yesterday, I had just short of 5k honor points to go til my GM weapon...

I grinded it out in AV which as you may or may not know, is double honor right now.
To be safe, I wrote down every BG's bonus honor, and grinded about 2k above what I needed... I woke up this morning to discover I was 493 short.

So my question is this, for double honor weekends do you only get double honor when you win? Thats the only way I can think of where may have miscalculated...

I'll have it for tomorrow for sure, but still, it sucks to be only 2 games short of an early x-mas present. Smiley: lol

win or lose

But you do not get get double honor for killing players.

Just officer, General and capping towers.

All BGs' work this way so unless you can kill hundreds of enemy players it is useless to bother. Just complete your mission as fast as poasssible and re enter.

Oh, I know that already, but I'm hearing it's not "Double" honor anymore for the generals/towers/ect.

It's like 124 tacked onto whatever bonus honor you get. Can anyone prove/disprove this?

I'm still confused as to how I didn't make my quota, when I counted only the bonus honor at the end of the game, doubled it, and subtracted that number from my total remaining. ><

It's very strange and I'm sure a few people would like to know exactly how all the if->then's work.

Whether you win or lose at the moment you seem to be getting 112 honour tacked on at the end of the game. Other than that i don't think there are any other alterations over the weekend.

I used to get annoyed with the missing honor points. In the end, it'll just mean a few more games (not even hours).

That is becuase the bonus honor at the end is already doubled. This weekend you cen get like 400 bonus honor when you win AV. Normal days it is down around 200 or so. From the way it seems, you do not get bonus honor for cappign towers and mines, just regular honor. I think the only double you get is for winning.

Hey, at least your honor even flipped. It was AV weekend so I figured what the heck, I'll grit my teeth and go get the HWL tome for my offhand to replace the worn out Tome of the Ice Lord I've had forever. Did nothing but agonizing AV match after agonizing AV match only for the honor calculations to turn out bugged with no ETA of a fix in sight.

I got a question along theese lines.

A regular vendor will let you buy back the last 10 items you sold to him. Will the PVP vendors do the same? And if so , instead of money, do you get your tokens and honorback?

I been grinding for a couple weeks now, and had enough for my HWL shoulders. I bought them yesterday and put them on. After mabey 5 hours in AV, my honor yesterday was only like 5,000... this is sad. I think I would be better of realisticly getting the Blue set instead.

Just seeing if the vendor will but the piece I already have back, or if I am stuck with it.
