How can u twink a human pally lvl 19 for BG'S mainly, eventually i'll lvl him. What type of things casn i do to sup him up?

I can honestly tell you that I have yet to see a twinked pally.

I have seen a twink pally!! Anarcan on Kul Tiras he is the best! He runs Dominate on our server.
