WoWreader questionFollow

how do i actually get it to work? i installed it to my desktop, downloaded something with wr-setup.exe and dotnetfx.exe that appeared after i installed WoWreader, but i cant figure out what to press or what to do to be able to turn this on. and yes, i checked the WoWreader FAQ and the issues and help thread (also, i didn't get a readme.txt file when downloading/installing this). it's just that nothing appeared after doing all this that would allow me to turn on WoWreader or anything.
