Anyone have an idea how do to do this?
Have your Horde toon put up something stupid like ice cold milk for the amount you want to transfer in the neutral AH. Have an Alliance friend purchase the item and your Horde toon gets the gold.
Be warned, the neutral AH takes a big cut.
