All my addons like Titanbar now shows as incompatible, I´ve become so used to them I feel totally crippled. I´m not very good at computers:-) does this mean I have to download new versions? Grateful for helpful suggestions!!

Yes, you will have to get new ones, but however, they are still working on ones to work with the updated version on WoW. But you can use like, the afpha version of cosmos and most of it will still work.
Anyways, try going to the website of the addon's you use and read their forums to find out what you can do, and use in the mean time, and keep up with their developments about new addon versions.

Yes, you'll have to get all new versions of all addons. The last patch introduced major changes in the code used to make macros and addons, and thus broke all existing addons.
Curse and World of War are both still wonky from patch day, but both have pages listing all the mods that have been updated for WoW 2.0, so if you can get through, its easy to find what you need... :)
