I saw ppl using trinket which can make your enemy sleeping for 30 secs. I checked allakhazam trinket list but i did not found this. Does anyone know the name of this item ?

I can't think of a trinket that has that effect, but there's a lowbie quest in the Barrens that gives you an item that can put someone to sleep for 20 seconds. I think it's called Slumber Sand.
