Anyone know how to get this pls? Do you need the skill level before the guy will let you buy it w/ tickets? Or rep w/ DMF?

Oh, shweet i have a couple of stacks of bad eyes that went out of favor, selling time.
Im playing again since the new PvP system and mage changes, im back in the game.

My kid's engi char has an engi skill of 248, less than the 275. He has enough tickets, but Grimelock or whatever the guy's name is (someone in game said he gave the recipe) won't give the engi recipe.
I'm wondering if I need more rep?

My engineer can't get it at 300/300.

The 40 ticket requirement is showing up for my main, who is level 60 with no engineering skill(not even a gnome for the racial engineering bonus).

Rogues are boring to level?
Never bothered. My Paladin I've been bored to tears leveling. I think that's why I stop leveling and twink her out at each bracket...so that I don't get so incredibly frustrated with leveling her that I delete her outright.

I don't know, it was great until 40ish, then for some reason I'm bored with it.
my 60 also can buy (but can't use, it's engi only, bop, it seems) the tonk schematic. It must be a level thing. Thx!

I HIGHLY doupt Blizz "nerfed" the tonk controls.
I would say it is highly likely that there is a glitch, as every new patch has unforseen effects on the world.
Hence:
Enchants not showing as green and confusing everyone.
Odd BG crashes that allow players to run around and cast, as if they are still in the game, but they cannot speak or see anyone else move.
It would make NO sense for them to change the tonk controls.
