PVP latency Problems!!!!!!!!Follow

I'm getting upset my game runs like a dream and i can go anywhere and it wont lag. But as soon as i go in to a pvp like Warsong Gulch It shoots though the ****ing roof. after of playing in there for all of like a minit it's at like 7000ms to 25000ms. its pissing me off give me advice PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
