Problem with Backpack after PatchFollow

I've logged in and out and have disabled cosmos still didn't fix the problem. When I open my first backpack, my items are there but they are not in their slots. Like there is an outline around them like they are but it's like they are crooked. When I open all of my bags it's just the first one that is like that the rest are fine. If anyone know's a solution please tell me. Thanks for the help.
