Problems with new patchFollow

I get this error when I try to get patch, which has been downloaded, to install.

World of Warcraft has already been installed.

I've tried using the repair program but no luck with that. Any ideas?

Oh, I should mention that my computer locked up during the install of the new patch. I rebooted and then tried to get it going again but keep getting that error.

I got problem too i have WoW already installed and after this patch its making me redownloaded every single patch that has been done
