I know Blizzard was saying that some macros were not going to be allowed after the patch, mainly those that unduly automated the game. But all my macros don't work now. I don't think you can call a macro that just casts 2 spells automating, because isn't that what a macro is supposed to do? Also all the addons are now listed as incompatible. Is this just a first day of patch thing, or is it likely to last? Because it really annoying and totally changes my gameplay.
After a major patch, most addons break. Just download an updated copy from wherever you got it from. Most popular mods already have updates available. As far as macros, try blizzard's forum, they usually have any changes to the macro system posted there so you can update/fix any broken macros.
Blizz only gave a two-month warning that macros and UIs were going to change drastically. Wasn't that enough?

No /script is allowed to target or cast spells. You have to use /cast Spell(Rank XX). Rank isn't needed if you want to use the highest ofc.

Also blizz allowing macros to cast spells in sequence and as such "pause" before executing commands is super nice.
