CTmod: Pet buffs now appear twice.Follow

I recently started using CTmod. I don't remember changing any option for pet buffs, but, somehow I must have changed something because my pets buffs now show up twice. For example, my imps bloodpact and phase shift icons appear normally, however, there is an extra set of icons directly beneath the main icons. The names of the buff only appears on the 1st set when I put my mouse over it, the second set doesn't show any names or info.

Has anybody here that uses CTmod came across an option that would fix this or any ideas?
