pvp to pve, then back?Follow

If you transfer from a PvP realm to a PvE realm, can you transfer back to a PvP realm? Seeing as you were originally from a PvP realm.

No. You can not transfer from a pve to a pvp server, regardless of on which your character started.

Well yes and no... like a couple people said you can't transfer from a PvE to a PvP, but you CAN transfer from a PvP to ANY type of server. You aren't stuck on a PvP ruleset by picking one, you just can't transfer from any PvE to a PvP.

Yes, this is correct. I recently transferred from PvP (Detheroc) to PvE (Khaz Modan) and during the character transfer process, it popped up several large and bright red displays saying "YOU CAN NEVER UNDO THIS CHANGE AND CAN NEVER TRANSFER BACK TO A PVP SERVER".

Transferring my mage from PvE to PvE never had the warnings. :)

This is to prevent someone leveling a char easily up on PvE without having to deal with world pvp and getting good gear from going to a PvP server and dominating where they hadn't earned it. PvP is a big boy's server.

It's to stop people from leveling their character up to 60 and then transfering to a PVP after getting all the good gear without having to worry about leveling in a pvp area. Even saying but i came from a pvp isn't really on as you could move a lvl 10 to a pve and then move him back at 60.

I think that the change from PvP, to PvE, then to PvP should only be allowed when you hit 60 on your first server, otherwise it should stay the way it is.
