What is the min suggested DSL speed to play wow. I am moving to a new area that does not have cable and all that is offered is 1mb down and 128kb up.
Is this enough to play and how much difference will there be for the 6mb down and 384 up i have now

It will still be very playable, your ping will be higher than what it was before, however. The one thing about DSL though is that it'll always be consistent, cable can be slower during peak hours and faster during non-peak. DSL will always be the same.
Regardless, it should be fine. Heck, some people still even play on 56K modem, so you should be fine. :)

Splurge and get the 3mb DSL. Actually..I think they might offer 5mb. I always had cable though.

Thanks for the info.... as for upgrading to 3 or 5 mb they only offer 1mb
