Quests rollback?Follow

So I went to grind some Timbermaw rep today and noticed that none of the Winterfall Furbolgs were dropping their Winterspring Beads for rep turn-in...

I went to the Timbermaw NPC outside of the Timbermaw cave on the Winterspring side and noticed a ! over the NPC's head. I automatically thought, "hmm... a new quest!" but when I clicked on it I got the quest Winterfall Activity and realized that I have done it before... about a year and a half ago.

I thought maybe something was amiss or some sort of rollback that I didnt know about...

any clues?

Well maybe, but the rogue was my launch character and I started the warlock about 11 months ago. The rogue is about 25% into Friendly, and the warlock is only one or two kills into Friendly... if that.

In any case... where are the Winterspring Bead drops? I have killed about 50 of them and no beads or quest-starters (totems) have dropped, and I am 110% sure I have done that repeatable quest dozens of times.

Is the bead quest started within Timbermaw Hold? I think it was from a drop (totem) that started the quest and the turn-in was inside the Hold.

Confused, I am.

I will need to investigate.
