Well, the link isn't working for me (not loading, but I think it is just my net) but since it seems to be song lyrics or something (from a song I never heard which would explain my reaction don't you think?)

I don't think its because they are a bunch of warm and fuzzy caring people. Its because blizzard is a well run company with smart managment.

Can you imagine the law suit a parent would file if their little precious killed himself and left a note saying it was because Blizzard closed his account and the checked and saw his email's to blizz saying he was going to kill himself.

A solid record of caring responses and conserned actions forstalls any lawsuit.
