Noggenfogger.
Noggenfogger is a neat name. But do you think your kid would be teased for a name like that?
Noggenfogger Hogger (the Third) gets my vote.

I haven't got any children and wouldn't name one after any npc in WoW, but I really like Taelan (Fordring).
