And how many of us use IMs (AIM, Yahoo, MSN, etc), and put r or /g in front of their replies?
Most of my friends have gotten used to 'rHey, what's up?' and '/g Man, it's a long day at work. I wish it was a weekend!' Smiley: laugh

Yep.

My friends don't play WoW so when this guy comes buy and takes someone lunch , my immediate response was, and I quote, "oh my god, ******* ninja." Followed by my friends reaction of "Huh?" Smiley: lol

I also took my friends shoe's and ran out of the locker room screaming "Leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeroy Jeeeeeeeeeeeenkins!". Its funnier when people think you are ******* insane rather then having them know the joke. Smiley: lol

My next "WoW" moment is me knocking this kid over who tried to trip then saying "owned". Luckly no one was listening to me when I said that Smiley: lol

I actually had someone refrence Leeroy Jenkins in a conversation once, and i asked them if they played wow.

They said, No? I just saw it on a viral web video. OMG come on!! How do you even understand how much of an idiot that guy is without playing the game?

I was talking to my ex (then current) girlfriend on the phone. She asked me what I was planning on doing that night...I meant to say "Some guys I know in this frat are having a party." I actually said "some guys I know in my guild are having a party." My room-mate who also plays WoW could not stop laughing.

I too been playing far to long now. I am at a point where I dream of playing wow. Nothing like playing wow for ten hours straight and callign it quits after a night of MC or ZG, then finishing the raid out in my dream... of course my items i want dont drop then either.

In real like at work i had a OMG moment to myself when talking to another employee on the headsets. I said "So, where you going to lunch question mark question mark" >.< I actually said question mark. Its somethign that my guilds been saying latly on vent.

I also use the term ninja close the store ALOT.

That last one just reminded me... when I see a post that I can't understand, I always find myself clicking and dragging to move the angle- as if that's somehow going to clarify the post! Smiley: laugh

Although I've only been playing 6 weeks (albeit a lot of time within those 6 weeks) i can't use the computer normally now without my left hand instinctively finding the AWD keys. Even when surfing the net and I don't need to use the keyboard.

Today on my way to work I was running late so I was speeding a bit, going about 10 over. This ugly blue mini flies past me on the highway going about 80, so I speed up to seventy and think theres no way I pull cop aggro off him.

I find myself doing that to pictures all the time. I try to change the angle to get a better view. In fact, I do that so often I’ve gotten rather used to it. That’s the really sad/scary part.

When I was trying to get my Devout shoulders I had a couple really really bad runs, one of which ended up with half the group alive on the ledge and the other half dead in the middle of the rookery. the little whelps refused to despawn and people kept trying to rez the dead, got to close to the ledge and bringing dozens of dragons with them.

I went to bed that night and had a nightmare that was being chased around a shopping mall by little red dragons, all of which were wearing my shoulders and laughing at me.

I didnt go back to UBRS for a while.

My son told me two seconds after I said it "Mommy this is not Warcrack" and patted my arm.

Meh. I had to get special hardware so that they weren't all blurry. I hear lots of people have that problem.

i hit my push-to-talk button while talking to people, it's really funny when i'm already on TS and i'm talking to my girlfriend sitting next to me and i keep hitting the button....

i've also had dreams of hanging out with my guildies in real life, although they look like their characters...

oh yeah, if you see a squirrel in real life, don't kill it. it's not ok to kill them in real life, they don't respawn!!

I've just completed a software implementation review for a client, which is describing how I set up their partners.

Throughout this professional document, I used the word panthers. Fortunately I typo'ed the spelling once and spell-check caught it before I sent. I had to do a global find/replace. >.<

Er, maybe I don't need to cut my WoW consumption completely, but I really ought to play something other than druid.
