I have Gloves of hypnotic flame (23 fire damage) and 20 fire damage enchant on those gloves, still my profile shows only.
Fire damage: 23, so it doesnt count my 20 fire damage enchant at all.

i cant install =/

"Download of required components failed. Possible reasons include:

1. You canceled the installation

2. You do not have an Internet connection right now, Please connect to the internet and run the installation agin.

3. The connection to the server timed out. Please try running the installation agin, or installing the .NET framwork yourself."

its not #1 or 2, and i tryed to run the installer lots of times, but how do i install the ".NET framwork" ??
or what should i do

Getting an installation error...

"Download of required components failed. Possible reasons include:

1. You canceled the installation. (Not this one.)

2. You do not have an Internet connection right now. Please connect to the Internet and run the installation again. (I'm connected)

3. The connection server timed out. Please try running the installation again, or installing the .NET framework yourself."

This pops up as soon as I hit install, about a second after I hit it. I hit retry and 1 second later it re-pops up. What's wrong with it?

You should be able to either get it through Windows Update, or download it from microsoft here: .NET Framework 1.1

I'm having a problem wit hviewing my chars on allakhazam, My guild name isn't showing, Often my bags are shown as empty, Can't see my skills, quests or reputation.. This goes for all my chars. The problem first occured on 1.10 I think, or something like 1.92.. not sure. but after 1.9.0 at least.

Yes, this same thing is still happening to me. I sent you the file you requested on page 4, and the patch you issued didn't seem to help Rale. My tabs aren't alligned and nothing but my equipped items and my first bag slot shows. PLease help because this is a guild requirement for me and I need it working asap.

Can you try disabling all other addons temporarily and see if that helps at all? It's possible that one of them might be causing a conflict somehow.

After testing about 5-10 addons each login, and changing my equipped items between each to see that it updated. I come out with the concusion that everything works fine when Whitetooth Zoning Time Fix addon is disabled and that it's messed up when it's enabled, on it's own and with the rest.

I'll be running without that mod for now, cause I don't really need it.

WowReader needs to be able to make outbound connections on port 80 and 11225 to patch and upload data. Make sure you don't have firewall software blocking it.

First, I am unashamedly both a noob and a Mac user, so I apologize in advance if I appear unbearably stupid here.

I have downloaded the Wr UI Plugin file and have tried several things to date, namely:

a) Place entire 'Wr Folder' into the WoW/Interface/AddOns;
log on, then off my character in WoW
Result: WowReader UI Plugin does not appear when I check my AddOns in WoW

b) Place inner Wr folder only, in WoW/Interface/AddOns, log on and off;
Result: WowReader UI Plugin now shows when I check my AddOns button, but no
Wr.lua file appears in my Saved Variables location

My questions are these:

1) Do I place the entire 'Wr Folder', containing the folder named Wr plus the
Wr.nopatch file into my WoW/Interface/AddOns folder or just the inner Wr folder?
If just the inner Wr folder, then what do I do with the Wr.nopatch file? Place it
insidethe inner Wr folder, just loose in the Interface/AddOns foder, or do I even
need it at all?

2) How, and where do I then manually upload my character profile? Do I upload the
Wr.lua file that is within the Wr folder, or is it supposed to appear in my
SavedVariables and I am just not doing something correctly?

3) Where and how do I upload the Wr.lua file (if that is, indeed, the correct file)? Do
I use a program of my own or am I supposed to use one on the Allakhazam site?
If on the site, where is it? And where do I upload it to?

Again, I apologize for the length and 'noobiness' of this post, and I thank you in advance for any assistance you can give me. I really love this game, and this site is incredibly helpful!

You should extract the "Wr" directory from Wr.zip into WoW/Interface/AddOns - you'll end up with something that should look like this:

World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns/Wr/Wr.lua(etc..)

It should then show up in your addons list. In game you should be able to type /wver and it will show it's version in the chat window.

After installing it and logging in and out of a character, go to http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/uplua.html and upload the file specified there via the form on that page.

Why does it download dotnet when it's already installed and up to date? I'm running xp64 with dotnet installed yet it did the 23MB download - then from what I could see it didn't try to install dotnet again anyway. Could we at least get an option to not download dotnet?

I did not know where to put this. Where do i make sugestions for the wowreader in the future?

I am new to the wowreader and it seems like a great idea. The only thing i did not notice that it does is a collection of Auction house items. I have a Mod that scans the entire auctionhouse and keeps the information on my computer for my use when i want to post a new auction. it helps by calculating the average going prices of the items in the AH, and things like how many how often. This may be a good idea for wowreader. To be able to scan the items in the auctionhouses and upload them to Allakazam. To better help the item searches display the correct going prices, how often and stuff.

I may be a little wrong with this, because i dont know if wowreader does look at the auction house. but this program called (auctioneer) scans the ENTIRE auctionhouse, not just what is displayed or searched for.
