Still off by 2, but 2 out of 540 is a lot better than being 34 off.

I've downloaded WowReader now, but it seems like i cant log in .. When i try it says:

Details;
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.

Hello!
It's something strange with my profile...
http://wow.allakhazam.com/profile.html?1032407
Agility shown wrong, tabs(character, skills, etc.) out of place and nothing shown in bags...
I have updated my character for few times - no changes. ;-/
Can you fix it please?
#182 Apr 18 2006 at 6:00 PM Rating: Decent

I need someone who's having the misaligned tabs and empty bags, etc problem to send a copy of their SavedVariables\Wr.lua file to me at rale@allakhazam.com It's usually found at "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<account>\SavedVariables\Wr.lua" It'll be the quickest way to narrow down whats causing it. Thanks.

My bags display as empty because the web page doesn't seem to be 100% compatibile with the Opera browser. On some of my bags, they're full enough I can see the icons for the items render first, then the empty bag graphic overlays them... Sure wish everything would work in Opera, hate having to open another browser to use just this site...

I hit the upload button and it worked but what do I do after that.

Just letting you know, I get the error "connection actively refused" at the moment, and now "transport errors". I'm assuming some server stuff or the at&t upgrading their infrastructure thing.

What server/region do you play on? What are the contents of the realmlist.wtf file in your wow folder? That error comes up if it sees something unexpected in there.

Hi there,
am I right, that WowReader doesn't have fully compatibility with the german wow client ? Cause the most of my profile looks great but the reputation tab isn't fully filled. I think this is caused by the german names of the factions.

Will it be fixed or is that an issue we have live with ? ;-)
#191 Apr 25 2006 at 9:30 AM Rating: Decent
i also have this issue....
#192 Apr 25 2006 at 9:39 AM Rating: Decent
I can longer play the game....the launcher appears and the ''play'' button isnt highlighted and doesnt work.

I saw someone else had the same issue and i figure its not just me.

Please tell me i dont have to do a full restall because of this.......

nm i figured it out myself.
Something moved my wow.exe folder and replaced it with launcher.exe causing it not to launch because it couldnt find DivxDecoder.dll which was also missing...Oddly.

I just Downloaded it quikly and all is well.. I dont think ill try and use this wowreader again incase something i cant fix happens.

Thanks anyway x

If anyone else has this problem just check:

wow.exe
launcher.exe
DivxDecoder.dll
are all in the world of warcraft main folder. Not your ui folders etc.

Hopefully this wasn't posted previously.

I was wondering if the character avatars in people's signatures are a members-only feature, or if I'm missing the button. If this is the wrong place for this post, please redirect me or something, I'm not trying to cause problems.

EDIT: I found it, never mind. Sorry about the useless post.

A couple of corrections to the manual upload instructions:

Installing Wr UI Plugin:
To upload profiles, you must first download the Wr UI Plugin and extract it to: World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns, then log in and out of the characters you wish to upload.

Also, the download file unzips into a WR folder that contains a WR.nopatch (empty) file and another WR folder. It is the inner WR folder that needs to be placed in the AddOns folder.

You can tell if you've got the files in the right place by clicking the Add Ons button on the character login screen, and checking whether WOWReader is listed.

Also note that the WR.lua file won't exist until after you've logged out of the character.

Off to try my first upload, whee!!!! :)

I'm getting timeout errors, wowreader stops responding. It's uploading the lua data, but nothing else.

Any chance we can get multiple profiles set to show our FR Gear or Damage Gear?

WowReader seems to be working fine for me, except that it doesn't seem to always automatically upload it's data when I exit WoW for some reason.

I usually leave WowReader running all the time, but close and re-run it before running WoW so that it will update itself if needed.

I've gone to manually uploading my lua data until such time as it's fixed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and still the error persists. It won't upload anything now.
